badco_vbo_950x950Bad Company recently released Live in Concert 1977 and 1979, and to celebrate The Record Exchange has a Bad Company T-shirt and ID wallet to give away to one lucky customer!

To enter the drawing, send an email with the subject “Bad Company” HERE by midnight Thursday, May 12. We will draw a name and notify the winner on May 13.

The collection includes more than two-and-half hours of unreleased music taken from 24-track tapes in the band’s vault. The music heard on this live collection features absolutely no enhancements or overdubs, nothing but the band as they performed live on the night of the concert. Live in Concert 1977 and 1979 includes two previously unreleased concerts with one additional track taken from the group’s June 26, 1979 show in Washington, DC.

HG_webHoly Grail will visit The Record Exchange (1105 W. Idaho St. in Downtown Boise) for a guitar clinic, Q&A and signing at 6pm Friday, April 29. Holy Grail is performing at Knitting Factory with DevilDriver, Incite and Hemlock later that evening and we have tickets for sale at the store. As always, this Record Exchange in-store event is free and all ages.

Purchase Times of Pride and Peril at the event and get a FREE TICKET to the Knitting Factory show! You can bring a guitar if you wish, but it’s not required —  if you want a critique of your playing chops, Holy Grail will listen and give pointers!
