Sometimes, we don’t have what you’re looking for in the store. No problem! That’s why we offer our customers special orders at no extra cost.
We take special orders in the store, on the phone and via email. The easiest thing to do is visit the store: One, we can see if we already have the item in stock; and two, we can take down your special order and give you a receipt right on the spot.
However, phone and email orders are cool, too. Using these means of communication, it’s particularly helpful if you have the artist, album/movie title and desired format (CD, vinyl, DVD, Blu-ray) handy before you contact us.
For most special orders, we can usually get it for you in a couple of days. But sometimes, particularly if the item is limited in number or in the process of a subsequent manufacturing run, it can take longer. In any case, we’ll call you when your order arrives, but it never hurts to check in with us if you haven’t heard anything for a week or two.
