One of our favorite new items in The Record Exchange Gift Shop is the selection of socks from Sock It To Me (our customers seem to be digging them, too).

Sock It to Me makes fun, funky socks—socks with tacos, cupcakes, ninjas, mustaches, unicorns and other things magical. Sock It to Me continually strives to make quality products with unique and original designs, and it shows in their bold, bright designs.

Among the socks currently available in the RX Gift Shop are women’s crew and knee highs (outer space, birds on a wire, hearts on fire, classic argyle and many more) and men’s crew socks featuring designs such as bicycles, mustaches, octopi and our favorite, deer — perfect for wearing whilst listening to Blitzen Trapper and stroking your beard on a contemplative winter eve.

So, what exactly is the “Beyond” in Bed, Bath and Beyond? We think it’s short for “Beyond Lame.”

Then again, The Record Exchange Gift Shop has an assortment of kitchenware that we’d throw into a “who’s got the cooler stuff?” contest any day of the week. So we’re a bit bias.

It’s a new month, and that means it’s time for another First Thursday at The Record Exchange!

And this month, Downtown Boise businesses are celebrating Christmas in the City with art, music, refreshments and freakin’ Santa Claus himself.

All day long on Thursday, Dec. 2, The Record Exchange is offering customers $2 off any used CD or DVD $5.99 and above!

In the coffee shop, all 12-ounce espresso drinks are only $2, while sale gift items over $5.99 are $2 off!
