SHOP ONLINE DURING STAY-AT-HOME ORDER; WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Dear Record Exchange customers,

With the stay-at-home order issued for the state of Idaho, The Record Exchange is making changes to our business to comply with the order and keep our employees safe.

We already had made the decision to close our doors to the public, and now we are suspending phone orders and temporarily closing our Discogs and eBay stores. You can, however, still shop for new music and video (vinyl, CDs, DVD and Blu-ray) via shop.therecordexchange.com, and your order will be shipped directly from the warehouse of our third-party distributor. Shipping is still available worldwide, and domestic orders of $50 or more qualify for free media mail shipping. Preorders for upcoming new releases remain available as well.

You can also access the online shop via the free Record Exchange app, which you can download via the app store on your phone (direct link here).

Another way you can support the store during our temporary closure is to purchase a Record Exchange gift card for future shopping. A gift card doesn’t expire for 18 months and can be used at any time, including the rescheduled Record Store Day on June 20.

You can also choose to make a straight-up donation to the store to help us pay the bills until we’re back to business-as-usual.

Look for further updates via email and on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

If you have any questions, please email us or message us on our socials. Thank you for choosing to support The Record Exchange and other independent businesses in the community. Stay safe.
