USED BUYING IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. To make an appointment, please call (208) 344-8010 and we will schedule a time for you to bring us your items. When you arrive for your appointment, we ask you to call first and we will meet you outside. We are not accepting walk-in used buys without an appointment, and we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing items into the store without speaking with a clerk first.
WE WILL STORE YOUR ITEMS FOR 72 HOURS BEFORE PROCESSING. In keeping with safety protocols recommended by public health officials, we will store your items for 72 hours before we process them. Naturally, this will lengthen the time it takes for us to get back to you with an offer. We thank you in advance for your patience.
WE ARE BEING SELECTIVE WITH WHAT WE BUY. We continue to pay premium for vinyl in sellable condition. Otherwise, we are being very selective about what we buy. We will consider premium CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray that yield quick returns but will not pay for anything else. Offers are made on a case-by-case basis and dependent on titles and condition. We do not make offers over the phone, email or social media.
CLEAN PRODUCTS, CLEAN CONTAINERS. We will only accept clean collections in clean containers. We reserve the right to pass on handling your items based on our initial visual inspection.
STORE CREDIT VS. CASH. As always, we will offer you more in store credit than cash.
