Holy cow, the Broncos did it — not that we had any doubt, but whew, what a nail-biting finish.

So, Boise State beat Virginia Tech by 3 points, and if we were to follow protocol for our new Record Exchange Blue and Orange Sale, that would mean 3% off all used items tomorrow.

But you know what? A 3% off sale doesn’t exactly scream excitement, and we’re pretty excited about the BSU win. So, we’re making this deal a little sweeter:

All used CDs, DVDs and vinyl LPs* will be 10% off on Tuesday, Sept. 7.

That deal is good all day long, from the time we open the doors at 9 a.m. ‘tll we lock ’em up at 9 p.m.

And just in case you didn’t get the original memo, here’s a rundown on The Record Exchange Blue and Orange Sale:

This fall, all of our used CDs, DVDs and vinyl LPs* will be on sale the day after a Boise State football victory.

The percentage we discount our used products the day after the game will be equal to the number of points the Broncos win by the day before. For example, if they win by 30 points, you get 30% off your total used purchase. (Maximum discount is 40%. If the Broncos, gasp, actually lose, no discount will be offered that week.)

Check your email after each game, as we will deliver a special message with the next day’s discount straight to your inbox.
